  • Survival

In the world where people look for love and wander for happiness,

For some people survival is what they can ask for the best.

    Where thoughts are suicidal

And expectations are ready to grab your neck,

Where no one believes in Bible, devil is not their rival and it’s easy to sit back and regret,

Survival seems like a mission difficult to conquest.

Walking up every morning and knowing all you can do is null,

When your skull hurts, your will is shattered and your thoughts are mostly dull…

All i can say is don’t feel miserable,

    I know miracles feel impossible

    And all the dreams unattainable,

But trust me when I say, after the darkest nights, the mornings are beautiful than ever.

Who told you the journey from catterpillar to butterfly is comfortable?

Even if you can’t break mountains and do everything that’s nice,

You always fall before you rise,

    Said a man so wise.

So hope for the best and continue to fight your battles,

Because sometimes just to breathe and survive is all that matters.

  • Cup of Tea

Come, share a cup of tea with me
And tell me about, how terrible tea I make.
Tell me about how your day went
Talk to me about all you love and all you hate
Let’s share some smiles for all it takes
Just a person you listen what you have to say.

  • Set Them Free

    The more you cage them,
The more they struggle to fly.
    Force your will on them,
And they will be bound to lie.
Love isn’t a chain, made to tie people around
It’s a silk thread, mend to attach your heart to the ground.
Set them free, let them explore their destiny,
They will find their way back if they were meant to be.
If they’re yours that you believe,
Set them off and they will never leave.
And anyhow if they didn’t find their way back,
Then they just weren’t meant to be.

  • Letter to Father

    Dear Father,

    I am your daughter,
I don’t look like you much
But I love you too much.
I am wordless to tell you how I feel,
After all it’s a real world and not reel.
All I can say is, you made me a fighter,
Taught me that behind the clouds, the sun is always brighter,
From crawling to walking to running to dancing
You helped me grow and become wiser
I was nice but you made me nice-er.
Instead of becoming my hero you taught me to be one for myself,
I am Your daughter and I am too blessed.

  • Too Late To Escape

    I am a magic, you can’t hold
I am a story, you have been told
I am an imagination, you want to believe
I am a nightmare, you willing want to live
I am a dance, you’ll do till your feet freeze
I am a cold autumn breeze
I am the sun , that will burn your skin
I am one-of-kind ,is what I have always been listening
I am what you’ll love and I am all you’ll hate
I am what you’ll carve and can be used as a bait
Be wise before you enter the gate
Because once you enter, it will be too late to escape.

  • Change

I have never been comfortable with changes. I am someone who gets extremely attached to things, places and people. I don’t like when people leave or a book ends or when we move to a different place, it makes me feel sad. You can say I am bad at letting go which makes me overthink all the “ifs” and “buts”, and I eventually end up feeling upset and empty sometimes.
But what I have seen is every single change in my life has taken me to a better place. Every beautiful book that ended took me to another lovely story, every single friend I lost brought me to some amazing people and the list goes on.
Life is unpredictable but hope and acceptance are the most powerful weapons you can keep by your side. It’s like swimming into a flowing river that ends up meeting the ocean, you never know what’s inside the ocean, so you must enjoy every change every experience that the journey to the ocean gives you. Because we are what our experiences make us and of course change is inevitable. Things will keep on changing accept it, prepare yourself and never ever lose hope and your faith in God, because the best is yet to come.

  • Gift

Hello to the people reading this, today I have a gift for you all. The gift of hope, the gift of magic, the gift of love and the gift of words. All of us have always heard people say that books are our best friend, but why do they say so? They do it because, at the times of grief, uncertainty and self-doubt, there is nothing better than a few words that can provide you hope, faith and strength. So today I have brought my 10 all-time favourite lines for you. This is my gift for you. For supporting my blog my work and showering your love upon me. Thank you.

    10 All-Time Favourite Lines

    • “ I can do this…I can start over. I can save my own life and I’m never going to be alone as long as I have stars to wish upon and people to still love.” – Jennifer Elisabeth
    • “ I want to be magic. I want to touch the heart of the world and make it smile. I want to be a friend of elves and live in a tree. Or under a hill. I want to marry a moonbeam and hear the stars sing. I don’t want to pretend at magic anymore. I want to be magic.” – Charles De Lint
    • “ Believe something and the Universe is on it’s way to being changed. Because you’ve changed, by believing. Once you’ve changed, other things start to follow.” – Diane Duane
    • “ Some women choose to follow men, and some women choose to follow their dreams. If you’re wondering which way to go, remember that your career will never wake up and tell you that it doesn’t love you anymore.” – Lady Gaga
    • “ Not knowing you can’t do something, is sometimes all it takes to do it.” – Ally Carter
    • “ Don’t worry if people think you’re crazy. You are crazy. You have that kind of intoxicating insanity that lets other people dream outside of the lines and become who they’re destined to be.” – Jennifer Elisabeth
    • “ Read, read, read. Read everything – trash, classic, good, and bad, and see how they do it. Just like a carpenter who works as an apprentice and studies the master. Read! You’ll absorb it. Then write. If it’s good, you’ll find out. If it’s not, throw it out of the window.” – William Faulkner
    • “ The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease forever to be able to do it.” – Peter Pan by J.M.Barrie
    • “ Home is the people inside your heart, not the place where you all sleep.” – A.M.Hudson

    Bonus Lines

    • “ You’ve got this life and while you’ve got it, you’d better kiss like you only have one moment, try to hold someone’s hand like you will never get another chance to, look into people’s eyes like they’re the last you’ll ever see, watch someone sleeping like there’s no time left, jump if you feel like jumping, run if you feel like running, play music in your head where there is none, and eat cake like it’s the only one left in the world!” – C.JoyBell C

  • The Velveteen Rabbit

I have been reading children books these days, it’s my “back-to-basics” method. Before the age of 12 I never really liked books so I haven’t read many which brought me here, reading stuff I should have read (10 years) before.

I landed over a book called “The Velveteen Rabbit ”

The Velveteen Rabbit is a British children’s book written by Margery Williams and illustrated by William Nicholson. It chronicles the story of a stuffed rabbit’s desire to become real through the love of his owner. The book was first published in 1922.

and I read something I couldn’t keep myself from sharing. So in case, you haven’t read this book or you don’t have time to, I am sharing one of the most beautiful things I came across.

    Here it is.

‘Real isn’t how you are made,’ said the Skin Horse. ‘It’s a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real.’

‘Does it hurt?’ asked the Rabbit.

‘Sometimes,’ said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. ‘When you are Real you don’t mind being hurt.’

‘Does it happen all at once, like being wound up,’ he asked, ‘or bit by bit?’

‘It doesn’t happen all at once,’ said the Skin Horse. ‘You become. It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn’t happen often to people who break easily or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.

I’m so in love with this book and I recommend this. So if you have time or you are stressed and need a book to just relax your mind, do try this one.

  • The Door

    The Door

They say close the door when someone leaves,
“ it’s easy”, is that what you believe?
How can you close the door,
When you hope the person will return?
How can you close the door,
When you are scared you’ll lose your turn?
The door to my heart will never be closed for you my love,
There are wall too, the ones I wish you cloud climb above.
Maybe I should let go of all the hopes,
But my heart will never let me close the doors.
Even after years of your departure,
The door will still be wide open,
As my heart will forever await your arrival.
    I’m waiting for you,
    Standing near the door,
I hope you will come soon,
At least before I’m no more.

  • Thoughts of a Grey- headed Pigeon.

“I’m unique with my white body and grey head
But i do eat the same bread.

    Wherever my eyes go ,
I see my fellow greys and whites,
Somehow my appearance matter to them more than the light’s.

    Somehow I’m both but none,
Somehow I feel like an alien.

    Although I’m just like them,
    Yet so un-like them.

I know there is a difference,
All i wish for is acceptance.

    Although I have same traits,
    Which the society rejects.

They are blinded by the myth of appearance,
All I wish for is acceptance.”
